The lovely church of St. Catherine's at Netherhampton has its foundations in the thirteenth century, although most of the present building was erected in the nineteenth century. It is situated in the small village of Netherhampton, directly opposite the Victoria and Albert public house.

The interior of St. Catherine's is beautifully kept and offers a warm and attractive setting: well worth a visit. There are three bells in the small tower, the exterior of which has recently been restored. The wooden pantiles have been replaced and the golden cockerel weather vane, now shines once again in all his glory.

Book of Common Prayer Services are held on most Sunday mornings; the usual pattern alternates between Holy Communion and Matins. Other services include the Easter and Christmas celebrations of the village nursery, baptisms and Prayer Book Society events.
